CLB- Canadian Language Benchmark
It is a standard used to describe and measure language ability in four areas – Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
If you are applying to immigrate to Canada, you must need to know your CLB level. It is NOT a test. You can use your language test results such as IELTS or TEF to determine your CLB level.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is one of the world’s most popular English language tests, which is accepted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) as evidence of English language proficiency.
